What we collect
Only what the service needs: your name, email, mobile number (when you verify), your listing content, and technical records (sign-up and posting IP + timestamps) kept to support fraud investigation and lawful requests. We do not collect ID documents.
Your phone number
A seller’s number is never shown to guests or included in public pages. It is revealed to signed-in users only when they choose to see it, and each reveal is logged to detect abuse.
Consent
By creating an account you consent to this policy and to your verified number being shown to signed-in users on your own listings. You can withdraw consent by asking us to delete your account.
Access & deletion
You may request an export or deletion of your personal data. At this stage we handle these requests manually — contact us and we will action them.
Retention
Fraud-investigation records are retained for a limited period after account closure (the exact period is being finalised with counsel).
