1. What Naa Dinhi is
Naa Dinhi is an advertising medium for classified listings in Cebu. It is not a real estate broker, dealer, or agent, and is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not negotiate, represent either side, arrange viewings, or handle payments.
2. No transactions on-platform
All contact and any transaction happen off-platform, directly between buyer and seller.Naa Dinhi never collects, holds, or transfers money between users, and charges no commission or success fee.
3. Your responsibilities
Post accurate listings, comply with Philippine law, and deal honestly. Never send a deposit or “reservation fee” before inspecting an item or unit in person. You are responsible for verifying the other party before any exchange of money or goods.
4. Screening is best-effort
We screen listings and badge sellers who verify a mobile number, but a badge means only that — a verified number, not a guarantee. Use your own judgement.
5. Reporting
Report suspicious listings with the “Report” button on any listing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
